Inaccuracy

In the first section its says:

"The Pará class were designed as torpedo boats to mitigate the effect to Brazil's economy of German U-boat attacks on shipping. These strikes had led to a fall in prices for both rubber and coffee, two of Brazil's principal exports. As the Germans sank merchantmen from Allied countries, Brazilian ships took over their routes and led to the need for purpose-built destroyers"

This simply cannot be true as the Para destroyers were designed six years before the First World War broke out. I have checked the source that is given for this and it says nothing about the Para design at all (Although it does source the other information about Brazilian shipping given in the text). I am adding a ^{[citation needed]} tag to the questionable sentance, but frankly you won't be able to find one, because it isn't true.--Jackyd101 (talk) 09:46, 30 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
